CatGenie (UK) Ltd Return and Cancellation Policy

90 Day Money Back Guarantee

Try the CatGenie in your home for 90 days. If you and your cat are not completely satisfied for any reason you can return your unit for a full refund of the merchandise cost only. Shipping is non refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. You are responsible for returning via a traceable measure we recommend insuring your package as well.

Refused Orders

Should you refuse to take delivery of your CatGenie at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by CatGenie (UK) Ltd and a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.

Cancellations

Our procedure is to process orders on the day the order is placed, in order to get customers their order as soon as possible. Should you decide to cancel your order, you must do so immediately. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order once it is placed. To do this you must call our Customer Service Department at 0844 736 2790. Please do NOT email cancellation requests. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred if your order ships and a 20% cancellation fee.

Return Procedure

With our 90-Day, Unconditional, Money Back Guarantee you have a total of 90-days from your purchase date for you and your cats to fall in love with the CatGenie® Self-Washing Cat Box. If you’re not completely satisfied, return your CatGenie before the 90-day deadline. If you purchased your CatGenie directly from a retail store, return it to the store. (Check with your retailer or on-line store for their individual return policy.) PLEASE SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

If you purchased CatGenie from CatGenie (UK) Ltd, call us at 0844 736 2790 or email us to receive your Return Material Authorization Number. To qualify for the 90-Day, Money- Back Guarantee, the returned unit must have an RMA#. Please clean the CatGenie thoroughly. Carefully return and send the clean CatGenie in as close to original condition and in its original carton to qualify for a full refund. Units that are returned with hair, dirt, odour or damaged may only receive a partial refund. Please include your reason for return. Your returned CatGenie must have a CatGenie (UK) Ltd Return Authorization Number. A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Return must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

Extra supplies that are used or opened are not eligible for refunds. All supplies sent as part of a Tabby or Tuxedo package MUST be returned for a full refund even if used. Please ensure supplies (especially granules) are contained in a plastic bag so that they do not damage returned parts.

Third-Party Purchases

If you have purchased your CatGenie through a source other than CatGenie (UK) Ltd., you must coordinate the return with that source and according to their product return policy. Some distributors only offer a 30 or a 60 day return policy. Please make sure to review the source's return policy before making your purchase decision.
